“I was in such pain. The office staff actually answered the phone when I called, which was wonderful. That is a very important thing for me and says a lot about how doctors care about their patients. Dr. Parker was wonderful. He reviewed my X-rays and explained everything that was going on and my options. I was not rushed and felt listened to. He is hands-on, professional, and knowledgeable. The procedure in the office was done by him right there, no waiting. The brace person was really helpful, too. It was a good experience, and I’m grateful to have such a good doctor for my knee. I highly recommend them.”
