“For over a year or so, I was dealing with hands that were waking me up in the middle of the night. They would become numb, tingling and, painful in the middle of the night which would usually always wake me up. I'd have to hang them off the side of the bed and shake them down to attempt to regain the normal feeling back and hope that I could fall back asleep again which didn't always happen.
