Glenn G. Gabisan, MD

Glenn G. Gabisan, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in surgical and nonsurgical treatments for foot and ankle conditions and injuries as well as sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Gabisan joined Professional Orthopaedic Associates in 2004.

Dr. Gabisan completed both his bachelor’s degree in biology and his Doctor of Medicine degree at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He then pursued an internship and residency training in general and orthopaedic surgery at Monmouth Medical Center - Barnabas Health in Long Branch, New Jersey. Following his residency, he underwent additional fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

With his years of training and experience in orthopaedic surgery, Dr. Gabisan is an expert in foot and ankle procedures. His expertise includes ankle osteochondral lesions, foot and ankle fracture care, hammertoe and bunion correction, ankle replacement, and ankle fusion as well as shock wave treatment for plantar fasciitis, minimally invasive ankle procedures, and ankle tendon and ligament reconstruction procedures.

Dr. Gabisan is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society.

Dr. Gabisan is available to see patients at our Tinton Falls, Toms River, and Freehold offices.
