“My experience with Dr. GENTILE was the comforting feeling of being safe and in capable hands from October until I was discharged today. It has been a long feeling helpless journey. He prescribed physical therapy right after the injury which felt very hard at first but gradually I could feel myself able to do more. “I've been a patient of Dr. Gentile for a few different issues over the years and feel that I've always received the best care available anywhere. Dr. Gentile is an excellent doctor and has always been very personable (as are the rest of the staff there). There were times where I required surgery and I'm better than I was even prior to my injuries. Friends that have had the same or similar surgeries have not done as well as I have and I attribute that to Dr. Gentile. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else if the need arises again in the future. The convenience of having X-rays and MRI's done on site is also a bonus. “I have had two surgeries on my foot to repair damage from a vase that fell and severed nerves and tendons making it impossible for me to walk any distance without pain or discomfort. The first surgery was actually to repair what had been done by a previous surgery and the second was to remove numerous neuromas and provide pain relief. “I can't say enough great things about the care my daughter received from Dr. Gentile, and the entire staff at POA!  From the early morning call I made to their service on April 1st, the morning after my daughter was thrown from a horse and released from an emergency room near her college campus over 3 hours away, to seeing us the very same day, if to only make sure her sling fit properly and calm her crazed mom.  My daughter had a bad break and the emergency room doctor had been talking about emergency surgery.  Dr Gentile truly cares.  I can honestly say  he treated my daughter as he would treat his own family member.  Our 1st scheduled appointment was Monday April 4, 2016.  I had spoken with his scheduling secretary a few times by then, at length.  Upon our arrival she came downstairs from her office to say hello and meet us in person and see how my daughter was feeling.  Above and beyond is the only way to describe the actions of everyone involved in her care.  The attention paid to her injury, as well as our family's well being, as a whole, helped to comfort us. What was initially a very scary, traumatic situation, became manageable. I felt sure everything would be ok.  It's been over 10 weeks and my daughter is doing fantastic, thanks to the expert care she received.”

“Wow ... Well, I blew out my right knee and went to Dr. Gentile and he gave me the option of Surgery and pushed for PT. I really liked that he didn't want to rush to surgery. After PT it still wasn't up to 100% so surgery was required. When it came to my left knee ... Well .. It was my fault cuz I couldn't sit still. So after surgery on both knees I am up to 8 miles biking and 6 miles walking on the board walk in Belmar & Spring Lake. If you go to Doctor Gentile you will get an honest medical option for rehab or surgery. He will push rehab for you!! I know cuz both my shoulders were a mess (hereditary ) and he helped me to rehab them without surgery. So my advise .... Go to a doctor who is NOT out for $$$$ BUT for you !!!!! Thanks Doctor Gentile!”
